We contact Amazon logistics directly and request a redirect to another center. Your stock must be replenished, and we know how to speed up this process.

The standard penalty for a "No Call No Show" (no truck in the designated ISA) is 290 EUR per ISA. Our procedures and direct work in Carrier Central eliminate this risk.

Yes. We offer the possibility of supplementary insurance up to the full value of the goods (Cargo insurance). Just let us know when making an inquiry.

No. We use our own Carrier Central account. We only need the ASN and PO numbers from you.

Note: these are operator guidelines strictly required by every Amazon Fulfillment Center

  • Europe (EU):Euro pallets (EPAL) 800x1200 mm, maximum cargo height with pallet is 1.8 m. One-way pallets are strictly rejected.
  • UK:The 1000x1200 mm standard applies.
  • Arrangement and securing:The goods must not protrude beyond the pallet outline (overhang is strictly prohibited). Additionally, stretch film must securely connect the load to the base of the pallet – wrapping the goods alone without attaching them to the carrier results in immediate rejection of the delivery at the FBA (Fulfillment Center) warehouse.
